1) MANUFACTURERS SHOULD SUBMIT VALID NSIC/MSE UAM /UDYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE {MANDATORY) and VALID ISO CERTIFICATE( duly attested by Gazetted Officer or Notary Public)
2) GSTR -9 FOR THREE YEARS AND ANNUAL TURN OVER.
3) VALID DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE-CLASS 3
4) IF MANUFACTURER IS IN OTHER STATE, SUBMIT HOME RAILWAY REGISTRATION COPY(NEAREST ZONAL RAILWAY) IS MANDATORY WITHOUT THIS YOUR REGISTRATION SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN ICF.
5) PERFORMANCE DETAILS ALONG WITH PURCHASE ORDER COPIES/INVOICES.(WITH RAILWAYS OR PRIVATE SECTOR)
6) CARTEL AFFIDAVIT AS BELOW (Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper)

I _______________ hereby swear in front of Notary Public stating that our company was not Banned, removed and that any of Partners of our company were not the Proprietor/Partner/Directors of any firm/company with whom the Government has banned or suspended business dealings.
I, further swear that either self or any other family members are already not figuring in any other firm/firms registered with this Railways.
I also swear in front of Notary Public "that our company will not be a part of Cartel with other vendors and will be quoting competitive rates in ICF Tenders. We are also aware that in case of there being a cartel with other vendor, that our name will be likely to be deleted from approved list.
